That is truly unacceptable. Even if my gents are nervous theres ways of getting around the problem to rise to the occasion.

That's just wrong on so many levels.... She does it daily for a living so... Although she may not be nervous that's not saying a customer may not be as confident.
That person needs reporting as she give others a bad name too.
That's like me training someone new at work.... So I have been doing it for years so I'm not nervous... But they are generally nervous of making a mistake same applies.. A little patience and encouragement goes a long way 👍
