Choice is a personal thing, it's up to each SP and each client what they do. It's nothing to do with anyone else.

HIV/AIDS still can't be cured, only controlled with medication that has horrible side effects. So one bareback could lead to health issues for the rest of your (shortened) life. Other STDs are mostly treatable but require strong medication. I don't like condoms, but they provide effective (though not 100%) protection against serious health issues.

Life is short and fraught with many risks. It's up to you how you balance enjoyment with risk in yours.

The difficulty is in some parts of the country very few genuine escorts offer it openly and I'm not sure how true stories about widespread UTC are. That seems like a murky and uncertain world to navigate.

The other thing that you also need to remember is that many tests for STIs have an incubation period where they can show a "false negative". For a 4th Generation HIV test, this is around 1 month from memory. In other words, even if the escort (or indeed another punter seeing the escort) does a regular monthly screening and come back as negative, they could still have the infection and pass it on.

Bareback is the way, no point in paying for covered sex.
