Send my bank details!!!!! Surely not????? This as got to be a scam hasn't it??? Can anyone help me out please
Massively appreciated, oh sorry I forgot to mention, I will confirm after checking my account ,it is certainly not deactivated like the email suggested
Kindest regards

Hi Ella,
Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear about this.
The message you received was *not* sent from us and is a scam. We are doing our best to block and disable spam accounts on the website, but unfortunately some do make it through.
No legitimate communications from Erobella will ever contain a link to a third-party website (i.e. a website other than erobella.com).
If you are ever concerned about the legitimacy of emails from Erobella, you can always write to us here, Whatsapp us, or email [email protected]. Your safety is our priority.
Many thanks,
The Erobella Team

Thankyou soo much, I didn't believe it was anything but a scam until I was getting inundated with emails, messages and then even direct messages thru erobella with an erobella support icon. Infact today I'm now receiving emails along the same lines but they now say erobella support bot has a new message, please sign in, ... Which I did, to then get a message informing me my Account is now deactivated unless I make the verification payment required in order to get my account reactivated ... Haha.. nonsense.. I'll continue to ignore these ridiculous scams
