Highest price you would pay for 1 hour incall?

As the subject says. Personally I never go beyond £120, though I am a bit of a cheapskate.
Main reason I ask this is because I see all these girls on adultwork selling for 200, 300, or even 500 an hour. I can't imagine they get much business at all, but maybe I'm wrong.
The weird thing is most of the time there's going to be girls around who look as good or better than them that usually give more services and charge a lot less.

I doubt if many punters will admit to this (for fear of being hammered on here), although obviously plenty of punters do pay higher fees. The next twice I used an escort I was holding out of a bargain though and paid £100 (plus extras) and discovered the wisdom in the phrase "reassuringly expensive". While £100 is not suspiciously cheap, it is inauspiciously cheap and you don't get an *experience*.

Escorts charges vary for various reasons. An escort who does not want many meets will most likely charge more as she is very selective about who she will take on as a client, charging more also limits the amount of time wasters.
Then the specialist escorts will charge more too - the ones who offer meets which take much more planning, effort and equipment. The highest priced are likely to be fetish and BDSM style meets.
I personally charge different rates depending on the type of meet, a GFE is lower priced than a PSE. This is because people were expecting too much during one session when I had only one rate. Clients need accept that some sessions take much more planning and energy than a basic sexual meet. You pay for what you get, if you want a basic sexual meet then you pay a basic rate, if you want more then you need to pay more for it.
