Drinks in bar before

If a client wants to take you for a drink before going to the hotel room, do you include this in the hour he has paid for so basically all your time is paid or do you see this as going for a drink and the hour starts once in the room?

He's paying for your time so it starts when you meet for drinks. Some girls do charge a different 'social rate' for drinks/dinner but others charge their normal rate.
